Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 5 years delivering production-grade ML for a major retailer, and former co-founder of a non-profit whose open-source epidemiology simulation software was adopted by the World Health Organization. I'm deeply hands-on with AI agents and workflows: building and deploying with Claude Code, OpenCode, MCP, A2A/ACP, agent orchestration, evals, and Playwright-driven testing pipelines. On the MLOps side I design GitLab CI/CD pipelines with proper build/test/deploy/release stages and integrated vulnerability scanning, automate retraining and deployment, monitor for drift on Grafana with structured logging and alerting, and surface explainability with SHAP — deploying across Kubernetes and choosing pragmatic serving patterns on GCP (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub) and AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) by latency, cost, and operational overhead.

- Productionized 8 ML models including Lead Time Forecasting, Demand Forecasting, and Interbranch Transfers Optimization (retail), plus ATM replenishment forecasting and optimization (financial).
- Built Workforce Planning Optimization and Cash Replenishment Forecasting enterprise-grade data applications.
- Contributed to credit-scoring models in the financial sector and established the technical foundation for both projects, directing execution end to end.
